Description:
INC were commissioned as design coordinators for the Westfield designed canalside office development on the site of a former filling station in Level Street, Brierley Hill. The design and development team created a five-storey rainscreen cladding and glass structure capable of being occupied by one, or a number of, companies. The brief included a multi-deck car park occupying the lower floors and a number of A3 restaurant units at canal level with cafe-style external seating adjacent to the towpath. (Scheme awaiting future development).
