Description:
Unit 3 had been empty for 10 years when the client, Chelsfield Plc, acquired the property. In order to attract a suitable tenant, the design and development team at INC Design Associates Ltd were commissioned to design a suitable fit-out of the unit. The team designed and aided in the construction of a new first floor with glazed atrium roof, lift and stair cores and WCs. A new, signature, steel and glass entrance canopy was created, flanked by stone piers.
