Units 6 and 7 had been empty for 10 years when the client, Chelsfield plc, acquired the properties. In order to attract a suitable tenant, the design and development team at INC Design Associates Ltd were commissioned to design a suitable fit-out. The team designed & lead the construction of a new floor with glazed atrium roof, lift and stair cores and WCs. A new, signature, marble-clad entrance was created, with a suspended glass canopy. Subsequently, the unit was occupied by NHS Direct and Inland Revenue.
