Chelsfield Plc commissioned INC Design Associates Ltd to refurbish a public entertainment amphitheatre at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Dudley. The concept included a new stage area used for fashion shows and concerts; a casual seating and relaxation area for shoppers and a striking, contemporary water feature with fountains.
