Description:
INC Design Associates Ltd was detailed to build an innovative retail unit for sports and leisure retailer American Golf. The works were to be on the site of the former monorail station, which was demolished as part of the project. The result was a sandstone and York stone-clad facade, curtain walling and zinc fascia, creating 3500sq ft of retail space for American Golf. Complete with a 360 degree, motorised, rotating Stars & Stripes-branded globe on the west elevation.
