INC Design Associates Ltd was detailed to conceive an A3 restaurant unit for New York restaurant and bar chain Frankie & Benny's at the south west gateway to Merry Hill. The project entailed the demolition of a former monorail station and associated works. Sandstone and brick elevations and reconstituted stone parapets created a subtle foil to Frankie & Benny's striking red and green signage, offering 3500sq ft of dining and bar areas, kitchens and staff facilities.
