INC Design Associates Ltd was commissioned by Chelsfield plc in 1996 to conceive two major retail extensions to Merry Hill. Totalling 175,000sq ft. Phase IV of the development involved a two-storey extension for a major fashion retailer together with extensive refurbishment and widening of the mall. Phase V encompassed a two-storey retail extension for an international fashion brand, national restaurant chain, management suite, crèche facilities and landmark three-storey glazed mall entrance.
